SHIPPING POLICY

The time needed to prepare orders varies, so please count on that when ordering. I'll do my best to have your item processed and ready to ship out between 1-5 business days. Shipping cost is subject to change. 

We do accept cancellations within 2 days of your order, otherwise item will be charged and shipped. 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import charges that may apply. I am not responsible for any delays do to customs or other shipping delays.

Return/Replacement POLICY

Before your item has been shipped, you'll receive a picture of your item and its packaging. If there happens to be some damage upon arrival, immediately send a picture along with full description, and we can send replacements of up to $100 dollars.

In order for this to be possible, replacement request along with images must be sent within 24 hours of delivery. 

Any amount over liability coverage, please contact us and we will make arrangements to fix the problem.
